WINE SPECTATOR Jan. 31 - Feb. 28 2007
Burgundy: 2004 Côte de Beaune/Meursault
Meursault Genevières: “Rich, honeyed and very concentrated. The flavors border on apricot, with citronella, hazelnut, mineral and spice from new oak adding grace notes. Very creamy and long, with energy and a vibrant structure. Best from 2008 through 2005.” 94 Points
Meursault Perrières: ”Racy, lean and rippling, with new oak dominating the lemon and mineral flavors for now. Very firm and intense, but all the elements are there. Refined finish. Give this time. Best from 2008 through 2015.” 93 Points » read more... |

They buy finished wine and mature it in barrel before bottling. » read more... |
